Well haven't post in ages... mostly posting crap on my i, g33k u blog but thought I put my opinion of Ender's Game here from my facebook page.
Ender's Game was ok for a children's Sci-Fi. The tactics and strategies will never stand in real life or even in any RTS game. The motivations of the characters were weak. I do appreciate the emotional blackmail at the end of the final battle. But it will never make it unto the Sci-Fi classic club I am afraid.
